Sure! I do my editing in ROBLOX studio, so could you make the part of the city you want to be in the thumbnail into a model?

I took a class on graphic art but I'll let them take the job because I don't want to be selfish as I already have connections to people willing to give me a few thousand robux at anytime I need it.
